I finished the Riley tote bag. I made the straps longer than the tutorial and didn't actually measure anything (as per my usual practice).
I broke the foot of my sewing machine during the making of this bag, so lesson learned, no sewing through six to eight (I think) layers of cloth at a time. I finished off the bag with a simple back stitch.
